“One of the things I don’t do with Groundnut is I don’t fry it ahead of time. I MUST actually first get an order for it so that as at the time I’m doing it the groundnuts will be very fresh.
When you taste Groundnut that was produced and kept in storage by the maker, you’ll notice that even though it may not be spoiled, but it will not taste as fresh, and will most likely NOT be crunchy at all. And those are important indicators of good quality that discerning customers look for. They make my products stand out from others.
Another thing to note is that plastic is NOT the ideal packaging material for groundnuts. Unfortunately, we can’t afford to use glass – because it’s hard to get and I don’t want to recycle used ones, due to lack of uniformity in bottle shapes and sizes available.
