*Reaction to viral video of bees swarming on a carton in a lady vendor’s shop in Nigeria

The viral video featured in this trailer recently caught my attention, mainly because the poster asked viewers what they thought about the phenomenom of the bees swarming over a carton in a female vendor’s shop.
Let me ask YOU – reading THIS right now:
Suppose you a swarm of bees formed in your shop like that shown in the above video. What would you make of it? Or how would you react? If you’re like majority of those whose comments I read below the video, it’s likely you would consider it a negative omen of some sort. And you would be grossly mistaken!

This is why I feel compelled to publish this educational piece about Swarming in Bees, to dispel the wrong notions I noticed majority of people here in Nigeria, seem to have about them.
To be honest, I did not realize how extreme the superstitious bias against bees was, amongst Nigerians, until I read through the comments posted under that viral video!
