The tagline for Royal Sibling Ventures Limited – Natural Foods, Ethical Methods™ – is NOT arbitrary. It actually derives from our company’s DESCRIPTION as:
“…a woman led agro based business, into the processing, packaging and marketing of food products for human consumption using ETHICAL means.” (Capitalized emphasis mine).
In other words, this company I co-founded with my husband operates on strict adherence to ethics.
Clients and customers who have related with me for well over a decade, as I painstakingly and patiently worked to grow my brand from a tiny micro-startup to what it is today, have often remarked on my demonstrated relentless passion for doing things right.
At the risk of stating the obvious, being this way in Nigeria, has posed periodic challenges – especially to growing the brand
– that have been tough to overcome.
However, it has also yielded benefits – like opening doors to opportunities for advancement that I could not have foreseen – because my preference for engaging only in ethical conduct, to achieve my goals, made certain individuals desire to form alliances with me.
