- Contract Manufacturing (Flours, Spices)
- Urban Farming (Exotic Veggies, Snails, Ram)
- Poultry products (Turkey, Broilers)
Fausat started business as “Royal Siblings Ventures” on 16th August 2005 with a focus on agricultural production (cassava farming, aquaculture/animal husbandry) in Ibadan, Oyo State.
In order to explore value addition so as to boost profits, in 2007 she began processing, packaging, marketing and distribution of local brown rice (Ofada) and in 2008, Natural Pure Honey, Cassava Flakes (Garri) and Yam Flour (Elubo) were added.
The company evolved into a limited liability company and was incorporated on 3rd July 2009 as Royal Siblings Ventures Limited. Since then, especially to meet health needs of customers, natural honey fortified with ginger, natural honey fortified with garlic & ginger have been introduced.
The enterprise also serves as a B2B hub for other women owned and/led nano and micro businesses(14) for contract manufacturing of other cereals, flours and spices.
A passion for value adding agribusiness led Fausat to venture into this line of business, and her vision continues to drive her to adopt ethical cost-saving innovation, along with smart technology, to take her brand to newer heights over time.
For instance, Royal Siblings Ventures Limited is currently working on applying tech through smart dehydration and smart farm production techniques.
Fausat’s skill in collaborating with fellow entrepreneurs, to boost outputs and profits has endeared her to many – and has even led to her becoming a Co Founder of Greenbles Agtech Ltd.
Fausat loves sharing her knowledge, experiences and insights with others, and is available to give talks and even to provide training – at pocket friendly rates – to interested groups.
